Description
The 1909 annual convention of the Ohio Federation of Labor was held in Toledo, Ohio at Memorial Hall and was chaired by Thomas Rumsey, President. Other officiers came from various parts of Ohio. Addresses were made by W. L. Milner; Mayor Brand Whitlock; General Isaac R. Sherwood; James P. Egan; President Lewis; and Mr. D. F. Anderson. Breakout sessions for various trades were held. Business of the federation; resolutions and reports were presented.
