Barricade at Morgan Packing Company, 1975

In this photo, workers entertain themselves and their families behind the barricades at the Morgan Packing Company in Warren, Indiana in September of 1975. Strikers, lead by FLOC, occupied the factory for 13 days, until arrested under a federal court order. Company officials finally gave in to workers' full employment demands after much negative publicity from the strike and arrests.
